Elizabeth A. Applebaum, DMD, MS
Dr. Elizabeth “Lizzie” Applebaum received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Stanford University in 2002 and her Dental degree with honors from Harvard University in 2006. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 2009 with a Masters of Science in Endodontics, and she joined Greensboro Endodontics that same year. She has won multiple awards for her research and published scientific articles in the Journal of Endodontics and the Journal of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Applebaum is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics (Board Certified). Additionally, she is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Guilford County Dental Society, Tarheel Endodontic Association and College of Diplomates.
She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the UNC School of Dentistry where she teaches in the endodontic clinic, and she also lectures at Wake Forest School of Medicine for the General Practice Residency program. Her volunteer work includes providing dental care for underserved patients at the Guilford County Adult Dental Clinic, NC Missions of Mercy, and NC Give Kids a Smile.
Dr. Lizzie Applebaum is married to Dr. Matt Applebaum, a pediatric dentist with Dr. Goldenberg and Dr. Pierce at The Greensboro Center for Pediatric Dentistry. They have two daughters, Samantha Grace and Elliot Page, and a Puggle named Riley.
